RAD Culture Centre
Vision
The RAD culture centre will be the anchor to the area. This will be a mixed use building mainly occupied by the Docklands museum offering visitors an insight into the history of the area. There will also be a coffee shop and a museum store. Directly ahead is the park that way no buildings are blocking the Listed building.
Logistics
The RAD culture centre is located in a strategic position as its along the main road that runs through the development and the entrance from the A1020 which runs besides it. It is also the first thing you run into as you exit the DLR therefore it is easy to find especially thanks to its unique and stunning architecture. The museum will be free but it will bring people into the area who will then want to spend the day there and enjoy of the restaurants shops and views.
